🔸 1. Returns
We accept returns only if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The customer must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Clear unboxing video or photo proof is required for damaged/incorrect items.
Note: We do not accept returns for change of mind or size issues (for hygiene and safety reasons).
🔸 2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you.

Refunds are issued within 3–5 working days after return approval.

Refunds are made via Easypaisa, JazzCash, or Bank Transfer only.

Delivery/advance charges are non-refundable.
