💠 Return & Refund Policy

🔸 1. Returns

We accept returns only if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The customer must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • Clear unboxing video or photo proof is required for damaged/incorrect items.

Note: We do not accept returns for change of mind or size issues (for hygiene and safety reasons).

🔸 2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you.

  • Refunds are issued within 3–5 working days after return approval.

  • Refunds are made via Easypaisa, JazzCash, or Bank Transfer only.

  • Delivery/advance charges are non-refundable.
